We noticed a huge lack of St. Patrick’s Day celebrations here in Mexico. I guess it’s one of those made up American cultural holidays that have become an excuse to party.
The only thing we saw today were green balloons at the Subway (the restaurant, not the mode of transportation). There was nothing else. Maybe at some Irish pubs, or maybe even at the catholic churches, there might have been something. But nothing in our neck of the woods.
