This has been a week of meetings. On Tuesday, we met with Tim and Annette Gulick, our friends and colleagues who built and maintain the site paralideres.org. We had a great time talking with them about the future of youth ministry and youth ministry education in Latin America. It was a real encouragement to meet with them.
Last night, I met with Hector Santos, the youth pastor at First Baptist Church Satelite. He was very excited about the possibility of working together, and I look forward to seeing what is going to happen in the future in this relationship.
Tonight, I am meeting with a group of youth leaders to plan a national youth ministry workshop and to converse about youth ministry. I’m taking one of my seminary students with me to this meeting, and I’m looking forward to it.
