This past weekend I had the privilege of participating in the National Youth Leaders Summit. In fact, I was part of the team that organized this event, and I got to teach a course, a breakout session, and I promoted the Seminary’s Youth Ministry program during one of the general sessions.

Overall, it was a great event. One of my favorite things about the event was that I got to spend time with some of my students outside of class and away from the Seminary. It’s good to get away from the normal, formal things and just serve together. I wish we had more opportunities like it. The conversations in the car, at lunch, and over coffee were fun, and they also helped us get to know each other in a different way.

Thanks for praying for the event this past weekend.
