So I’m trying to switch over to WordPress for the blog. I already have another blog that is on WordPress, and I like the set up better. It’s taking me a while to import and arrange the template for the site, but I hope to have it up soon. My old host is taking their time redirecting the domain name, too, so we’ll see how that works out.
March Madness is consuming me. I remember March Madness when I was growing up, filling out the brackets, and watching basketball all day. Living in Mexico, it has been a little different because they don’t cover as many games as they do in the States. But this year, they’ve rolled out this thing called March Madness on Demand. They are streaming every game of the first few rounds. So, we hooked up the computer to a projector and projected the games on the wall yesterday. It was awesome, baby! (Dick Vital reference). It’s a great service…you should check it out. Don’t worry, it is in no way affecting my work.
I wonder if this will ever get to Mexico. Or if it would be a good tool for the CYM. I’d love to do it, if the students would use it.
Just a note to say that you can now leave comments again! I’m sorry that they haven’t been working for the last two months, but there was a problem with my hosting company. I spent almost an hour the other day chatting with a tech support guy, and it seems they finally fixed it. So, please, leave a comment to let me know if they are definitely working. I’ve missed comments. Thanks!
Also, today after we came home from the grocery store, Nathan was in his walker, and Janell was putting something in the fridge. Next thing we knew, he had a bottle of something out of the fridge. It was a glass bottle, so we took it away from him and gave him his own plastic bottle of barbeque sauce. It was the best toy he had all day.
So, I’m still trying to fix the comments on the blog and vlog. I was online for an hour today with tech suppport for the webhost. Hopefully, they’ll fix it soon. The guy said an administrator would have to check it out.
