Yesterday, I finally finished up grading papers and tests and calculating final grades for the youth ministry students at the seminary. It was the official end of the quarter. Now I can focus on packing and finishing everything for our trip tomorrow to Florida.
I’m still doing a lot of preparation for my class in January, but at least a little of the stress is gone. The students all did fairly well. Soon, I’ll put up some video from their presentations in culture class.

Today is the last day of class for the quarter (besides exams). I’m giving a final project for my discipleship class. Here’s a rough translation of the content I’m looking for in the “Final Project” for my Discipleship in Youth Ministry Class:

It was my first attempt at actually makings something in Flash with Swishmax, a cheap program that you can make flash videos with. I think it turned out pretty well.

It was great to sit with them outside of class and get to know them all better. We sat around the table and talked about what God has done in our lives to bring us to this point. It was great because that part wasn’t planned, but we had a fun time talking about our life experiences and laughing about different things.
