VIDEO: Brotherly Love

I love how Nathan and Benjamin love each other. Every time Nathan gets near Benjamin, Ben laughs his little head off. Nathan is such a good big brother, too. I hope they stay like this.

Janell recorded this video the other day, and I think it’s so cool how they get along. I’m sure the days will come when they don’t like each other, but at least this moment is preserved for all time.

VIDEO: Playing in the Walker

The other day I was at work, and I opened my email to a surprise. It was an email from Janell. I love getting email from her, especially when they have pictures of the kids in them.

When Janell emailed me the pictures of them playing, the email said, “I don’t know who likes it more, but the crying has stopped (for now).”

VIDEO: Ben eating Cereal

We are desperate to get Benjamin to sleep a little more at night. The night before last night, he had a great night sleeping, so we felt good. We had given him a little cereal before to try to get him to sleep a little longer, and it seemed to work.

So, last night, we tried again. I’m not sure he liked the cereal or not. He was eating it. You be the judge.

Well, it didn’t help him sleep. Oh well. At least we got to use his new high chair.

Ben’s Hips

Ben’s Hips

They say that babies who are born breech have trouble with their hips because of the pressure placed on them before birth.

Since Benjamin was born breech, the doctors wanted to do an ultrasound on his hips when he turned 6 weeks old. So we went for today.

We went to St. Joseph’s Hospital in Tampa. The results came back negative. Everything is normal. Thank God that nothing was wrong. We didn’t even see the doctor after they did the ultrasound because everything was fine.

So, we went to International Plaza as a family since we were already down that way. Nathan got to play at the Looney Toons park (see the video below), I got to take my first ever trip to an Apple Store (although I didn’t spend as much time there as I would have liked), and we all got to share a delicious cheesecake at The Cheesecake Factory.

Overall, it was a great family day despite the stress of having to go to the hospital for the test. Thanks for praying for us (follow our PoulettePrayer twitter stream.)

Video of the New Ride

We got Benjamin and Nathan a new ride. We’ve only taken it out once so far, but they both seemed to like it.
