I’m working with this local church youth ministry, advising them and helping as much as I can. Tonight, I went to a meeting with the guy in charge of the youth ministry, and he took me to a meeting with their youth worship teams. They have three bands that take turns playing in their youth group meetings, and the problem that they were talking to him about was this: they are more committed than the “leader” of the worship ministry. Interesting, huh? He’s not really the leader of the worship ministry, but he is the acting leader of the worship ministry. It doesn’t happen much where the students are more committed than the leader. Interesting.
After the meeting, they showed me this incredible flash animation that one of the guys did for their big World Cup Outreach they did last month. It was amazing. I’m trying to get a copy of it in English. They did it in 5 languages. Wow.
